L3akMod docs site down? Zorteok file download removed?

If someone could provide a download link to the latest version of Zorteok that would be very much appreciated.
And if anyone know what is going on with this website and all the other similar links to that site please let me know.
All I can find is a working download link to L3akMod v1.0.4 and a dead/removed link to Zorteok.
