I've gotten a lot of message about missing mod download links... We still have all of the data associated with them and will be bringing them to a rebuilt downloads section in the coming weeks.

Mod downloads now exist https://forum.modme.co/resources/, old mod resources will be migrated over automatically this weekend. You can now submit new mods, maps, and tools for an easy place to share your resources.
