Custom Buildables Help

Hello can i please have help with scripting a custom buildables. the buildables are the Staffs from BO2 Origins and HarryBo21's Black Ops 2 Weapon Pack. i have the models and the textures for the staff parts i just don't know how to scripted and add them to the buildables place. :D
