Move perk machines up and down / rotate them

Could anyone who knows how to do this please give me a hint on how to do it?
I've tried rotating them, tried making them move, but that didn't work. :/
And stamping them won't work because the targetname of all the machines are the same.

Shift right click the machine, then hit R on the keyboard go to top down view. Hold down right mouse button to rotate.
