So this is my first ever weapon port and it isnt going that well.

The left picture is complete and the ingame has parts floating around.

How do I fix this? BTW all anims work

Looks like you messed up the anim model. Its fairly easy open ur weapons conversion rig remove namespace rename your j-gun ( which is positioned under tag_weapon_right ) to tag_weapon then select tag view then do select hiarchy then press ctrl and click on any mesh ( open the viewarms and select one there ) then export_xmodel. Tell me if you have any other questions or if it worked.

Thanks man! The model looks normal now. Wich made me realize my anims are fcked up :/
