Weapon port messed up

I have ported the galil from Black ops 2 to Black ops 3, but all of the animations are messed up and the gun is shooting really slowly. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

There are no texture bugs or anything like that, its just the animations seem really slow and weird. All of them except ads up and down are really slow
