exported custom seanim not working correctly

I am most obviously doing something wrong, but I am having an issue where the anim only moves the parts of the gun, not the arms or the gun here is a gif: https://gyazo.com/7a8af174b2517a18d8b495c18bd8950d Steps I have gone through:
<ul><li>selecting all the bones needed for the anim including (tag_torso and hierarchy, tag_cambone and hierarchy, and the gun parts)</li>
<li>opening the conversion rig from collie (the new one)</li>
<li>adding the gun and connecting it to tag_weapon_right</li>
<li>doing the namespaces (the part that makes all the bones have the _t7)</li>
<li>importing the seanim using setools (the newest one)</li>
</ul>Any help would be appreciated :)
