How can I do InfraRed / Variable Zoom on my custom weapon ?

I've tried to get this working somehow for weeks now. I looked thought the weaponfile countless times but couldn't find anything regarding my problem. I even searched for a solutiuon in the bo1 modtools and still I dont know how to solve this problem. Would be really nice if someone could help me with this!
