error publishing map

So I have just finished the beta version of my map and I wasnt getting any errors whatsoever but as soon as I deleted the xpak files and compiled it on full I get these errors:

I am not sure how to fix this because in radiant these models still work so does anyone know how I should fix this. Get back to me soon because I want to release my map soon.
