Anyone knows what causes this and /or how to fix it?

I didn't change anything in any file.

Might it be possible that a model causes it? One that was already in mod tools.

A model that you've posed in radiant is messed up, you must remove it to fix the issue.

Fixed :)

Apparantly zombie models are kinda broken, i had the zombie model with the hat and a zombie woman sitting on a bench, the male one just disappears in-game and the woman made it crash.
