Removing the hint on the shield

ok so basically when you equip the shield after building it and pull it out ( the shield that is haha ) you get that stupid message on the screen im so tired of looking at it lol

ive found the the shields gsc located in Call of Duty Black Ops III\share\raw\scripts\zm opened up the gsc file and then eyes glazed over and brain melted haha

any help on what i need to replace or add to remove the hint would be great
