Error when linking sound

I have linked sound with my mod multiply times before, I accidently deleted my mod and then recreated, redone the csv and shit and all goes well but when i link the sound via the szc i get this error when launching my mod which when googling only shows people with damaged disks on console, I dont want to reinstall 90+ gb so i want to know if anyone got a fix,

I usually get this when i link while ingame and then relaunch the map.
It's gone when i close the game and relink.

any money there’s a mistake in your scz and linker is giving a error

As for me i get no error in linker andi just reinstalled mod tools and it didnt fix it, I had a friend from the mod tools discord check over it and it was all fine but ill post thre log now
