Maybe play around with scrolling the energy patterns over a texture with red dots on it. This camo looks like it scrolls way too quickly and doesn't show enough of the scrolling because the only visible parts are through the veins.

This Video is been taken before Updating it. So i lowered the speed a little and did some fixes . Thanks for the feedback tho .
