These are the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered shell ejects for you to use right in your Call of Duty: Black Ops III Maps and/or Mods.

To install simply drag and drop the 3 folders into your Black Ops III folder.

Once done, you can use the following lines for using the shell ejects on your weapons:
