How do I change the pack a punch name and damage of the Razorback?

Depends, have you ported it fully yourself from BO3? Or have you just included the gun? If it's the latter, I'm afraid there's nothing you can do as far as i know. Otherwise, just open up APE, find it and simply change the values under bo3_razorback (or whatever u called it).
