Can’t upload to workshop

So, I hit the publish icon, but it get stuck in "uploading workshop item"
I try deleting the json file but it keep happening
This is the first time I upload this map

Anyone know what can I do?

how long did you actually wait to see if it works?
the orange bar doesnt move sometimes/freezez

Already can, thanks.
The first time I wait 3 hrs and just freeze.
I restart like 10 times until the % number appear.
