Combining perk packs.

I've been using Fearxreaper666's bo4 perks on my maps but i cant seem to be enable to add more perks like the ones from madgaz for example.
Does anyone know how to make them work at the same time?

I just install Madgaz first and then the BO4 perks and they work fine. I don't if you have to do it first, but you can give it a try
