Back up your map file then delete steam completely and then reinstall steam black ops 3 and mod tools that worked for me but some people you change the region from a “,” to a “.” But uninstalling steam worked for me

black ops 3 or a specific map?

maybe try installing l3akmod. That always makes my game load a million times faster and the maps link way faster as well
