Hi I am trying to make a custom wallbuy, so I took one from the prefabs deleted the traverse, changed the weapon to my weapon, as well as the model, but ingame I cant buy it. It says buy ak74u cost: 0 and wont let me buy it

I found this happened when I added Rico's M1911 into my map and made a wallbuy for it. To fix it put the levelcommon_weapons file in your zone file so long as the weapon (in your case ak74u) is in that file.
Apologies about my bad explanation, not very experienced with modding so far.
