How to import custom weapon in a mod ?

I searched the net to import a weapon for my mod but I couldn't find anything. Do you know how to import a weapon for its mod?

Did you even google a result ? All I did was "import weapon bo3" and there's 3 results straight up. Come on man, don't waste peoples time.

the tutorials found are for maps and not for mods. Me it's to make a mods!
