How can I change the hud?

Ideally, I'd like to be able to make something similar to the hud in MORI, but at the very least if I can get rid of the blue hologram effect, that would also work.

Thereshould be a file called something in you black ops 3 files that'll help you think you'll need leakmod as well goto the modme wiki look through the black ops 3 stuff
