Wraith and Greyhound won’t detect BO3 running

I am looking for the rigs for the zombie dogs and the character models, so that I can make custom models that will work in the game.
From my understanding the best way of doing that is by using Wraith to get a .ma or .mb file to use in maya.
But whenever I launch either WraithArchon or Greyhound with Black Ops 3 running (using Steam) , and click ''Load game'' I get this error.

Any idea what I am doing wrong ?

Also, if anyone knows a way of converting the .xmodel_bin from the game to a .ma file, it would be just as good!
