Changing green effect for power ups

I have searched everywhere and cannot find any answers, is there a way to change the glowing effect for power ups to a different color i thought it would be in a script file but i cant find any scripts for the power ups. if this is a noob question i'm sorry i'm still really new to these mod tools and scripting in general. Any help would be appreciated thanks!
