Exclude lights from reflections?

Does anyone know how I can exclude lights from a reflection?
The lights need to brighten up a certain room, but I don't want them in the reflection as posted below..

You can lower the spec comp in the lights info; press N on the keyboard to bring up the info. Put the value at -14 (its lowest point) to remove all of that reflection
