Moon Hacker Scripts?

I've seen people talk about there being moon hacker scripts somewhere in the mod tools I would like to use it on my map, but I don't know what the names of the files are and have spent a long time surfing the web and bo3 mod tool files with no luck finding them, any help would be appreciated. thank you!
