Custom ending with perk

hey I would like to know if it is possible to make one Buyable ending only by having obtained a certain number of perks.
For example having, juggernaut, double tap, speed cola and quick revive, unlocks the possibility of finishing the map.
if possible someone could write me the script for that please :) i'm new on coding on gsc, so i don't know what to do exactly.
