Strange Lighting Issue

Hi so Im not sure how to explain this so I made a clip. Lights go off at certain heights or distances and Pack-a-Punch is acting strange even with its own lights fixed.

This happens to me too but with Fx. My lights work but my Fx do this. I hope you find a fix! I hope the fix aslo works for Fx lol.

do you have a source of natural light?

as far as i know that makes textures disappear, but give it a try by making a hole in the roof or wall

This section of the map is going to be teleported to and its hidden I currently have it hidden underneath the main map because if it were anywhere else it might be seen and ruin the experience but I tried having it beside the main map and it is still giving me the issue.
