Custom Wall Weapons for vanilla maps

Hi. I was wondering if anyone could show me how to script in custom wall weapons for vanilla maps? I know its been done but I have no idea how to replace the linked weapon plus the chalk. If someone could point me in the right direction I would highly appreciate it. :)
