Rendering issues with walls behind my windows?

Whenever I am in radiant, my I see perfectly fine through my windows, but when I am in game, I cannot see these wooden columns. Any idea how to fix this? My renderings can be seen here.

either dont make the walls touch (glass, wiid) or use patches to make the windows
