Radiant Not Loading anything

Hello all
so i am attempting to make a map. i tried to open radiant black and am meet with this screen everytime i have tried to google and asked friends for help and got nowhere. if anyone knows what is happening it would be a bit help.

Actually i figured it out. had to reset window positions.
