I just tested a custom p90, the stock ffar and mr6, all wouldn't pack after removing their respective upgrade_name in zm_levelcommon_weapon.csv.
Are you trying to do this for stock weapons?
Do you have the file included in your zone file and in your map/mod folder?

Ah, my bad. I just changed it in the zm_levelcommon_weapon in my map folder, and that did the trick.

It loads from the map folder “if it exists” if not it uses the one in share/raw
