Weird Lighting and Zombies Don’t Move Anymore

Ok, so whenever I enter my map in Bo3 it messes up and looks like this.

When I go back to Radiant it looks like it does in-game but after hitting the lightning button a few times it goes back to normal which looks like this.

My map used to look fine and the zombies used to move, now they just stand. Anybody got any ideas?

Are the sky, sun, umbra and fpstool there / correct?

I knox that textures become invisible if you don't have an umbra... Happened to my first map xD
