When jumping in-game, models disappear for half a sec

What can cause this? It's only happening on one floor of my castle, i tried raising the ceiling a bit higher (i already raised it with 16 distance). But the ceiling on the floor below it, is waay lower than this one and it doesn't happen there.

dont know if this will be the same issue i had with models vanishing but there was no natural light getting into the area in question after i found a way to let light in everything showed up

but like i said may be a completely different scenario
