Lights Went Dark With New Skybox

Hi Im having a bit of a problem I added a new skybox and with this new one it makes all the lights placed in the map nonexistent or really really light. Even perk machines have no lights. Is there something I could change so I dont have to change the skybox or replace all of the lights?

find the skybox ssi in APE and turn the stops down by 1 or 2 at a time. then rebuild lighting in radiant

I got all the way to 0 and the lights never came back :(

Maybe you accidentally changed the lighting state in which the lights don't work.
