Hi, when i walk in some points, the middle of the map disappears, appears and i can see the skybox.
The problem can be the "skybox", "some textures with transparency", "some textures of the models"?
Im confused.

do you make use of things like terrain patches, bc I had things like this with terrain patches.

I had a problem like that. I think that the game thinks you can't see behind the model so it just doesn't render stuff behind it. Probably some material setting in APE

Same happens with "bog_wood_window_shutter_open_single_01" if you want to compare

Yeah, i test changing the model with other models and no works, i replace the model with a brushmodel and "more or less" the problem is fix it.
Im trying to find "bog_wood_window_shutter_open_single_01" but i think i dont have it in APE and i dont have it inside RADIANT.
