Check for a mapname.bak file in the map source, make a copy of it and try to load it as your map.

when i open it i get an empty map too, i lost my map forever?

unlikely. Navigate to this example directory:

A:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops III\radiant\autosave_backup

From there copy and paste a .map and rename it to your original .map name
