Is it possible to add additional variations of announcer quotes, for example two different nuke announcements, or even three ?

vox_zmba_powerup_nuke_0 is default one, but after copying default line and pasting then changing 0 to 1, it does not seem to work...

Any suggestions ?

The script in Root\share\raw\scripts\zm\_zm_powerup_nuke.gsc is most likely not setup to play extra sounds. You could maybe edit it to do that, but I'm not entirely sure what raw scripts you are allowed to edit, and what don't work.
